  5. Is there a healthy way to loss 20 lbs within 3 months?
  6. Can you tell me where I can buy Xenical? And how much?

Answer:

The drug Orlistat, or Xenical as it is Also called, is an effective way to lose weight for people who weigh at least 20% more than they should. Proper weight and the amount of body fat a person has can be calculated and measured, but it requires special equipment to do it correctly. In addition, Xenical is effective only when it is coupled with a low-fat diet. Side effects include diarrhea, especially after eating a meal higher in fat than recommended. The diarrhea can sometimes be quite sudden and may be so sudden that it is difficult to get to the bathroom in  time.

Since Xenical prevents a lot of the fat in foods from being absorbed, Fat soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, E, D and K may not be absorbed properly, and it is necessary to take a multivitamin every day which contains sufficient amounts of these vitamins in order to prevent deficiencies in the fat-soluble vitamins. These deficiencies may take some time to develope, but may cause difficulties with vision, calcium absorption, blood clotting, skin and hair, and other problems. It is possible to sidestep the benefits of Xenical by eating a diet high in carbohydrates which can be converted into fat within the body. Since Xenical (or Orlistat) only acts to prevent the absorption of dietary fat, it has no effect on the fat the body produces from excess carbohydrates and so may not cause weight loss or prevent further weight gain.

Exercising is a very healthy activity, but exercise alone will not result in weight loss if the number of calories burned in exercise is smaller than the number of calories eaten. It is possible to eat so many calories as fat or carbohyrates that the exercise has little or not effect on weight.

There also seems to be a particular weight correct for each person which the Body will try to maintain, almost despite everything one does to lose weight.

When eating very few calories the body senses that it is close to Starvation and turns down the metabolic thermostat so that very few calories are burned, and very little weight is lost. When a person begins to eat normally again the body tries to increase the fat available to prevent starvation and the person's weigh goes up. Eating only crackers and drinking water would be a very bad thing to do, for this reason and because your body needs much more than only the calories from food. You need vitamins, minerals, fibre, protein and a great many other things to be healthy, and you cannot get any of these things with only crackers and water.

Most sugar free candies are not really sugar free. A true sugar free Candy would contain only saccharine or cyclamates as a true sugar substitute.

Most of them have some form of sugar which is more complex than glucose, Sucrose or fructose, a form which is more slowly metabolized than these simpler sugars, but they contain sugar nonetheless. The sugar in one candy is probably not a major contributor to being overweight, however, unless you are eating a great many every day.

It is possible to lose 10 to 15 pounds over 3 months in a healthy way, but a great deal depends on whether a weight of 108 pounds is a reasonable weight for you. Truly appropriate weights are not just a matter of pounds, but depend on a person's height, how much muscle mass a person has, and other things. It is possible to have a great deal of muscle and very little body fat and to be overweight, but this is not a dangerous or undesireable situation. You may in fact weigh more than a simple height-weight table says, but you may be perfectly healthy, and it might not be a good idea to try to lose weight simply to fit the table. If you are exercising 45 minutes a day it is possible that much of your weight comes from muscle, which is a very good thing. In that case it would not be advisable or desirable for you to lose weight.

If, however, you are in fact truly in need of losing fat, you should Reduce the number of calories you eat while continuing to burn calories by exercising. Reducing the calories in your food is easiest by eating more fruits and vegetables and meat, fish or chicken, and reducing the amount

of carbohydrates you consume. You should avoid fried food of any kind, and avoid fast food such as hamburgers as well. It is also important to exercise in a way which burns calories efficiently. Weight lifting burns only a few calories, for example, while walking and riding a bicycle burn many more calories. We suggest walking at a brisk pace for 30 minutes a day.

Doing these things consistently over time will result in a safe and healthy loss of 1 to 1.5 pounds a week. Remember, though, that your weight may go up again if you go back to eating in the old way or stop exercising.

We know of no legitimate source of Xenical in Hong Kong at the moment, Though it will probably be approved by the Department of Health soon. When it Is approved and officially available it will require a prescription from a doctor and will probably be very expensive, though no exact cost is yet known.
