I don't want to quit my job, is there other ways?

It might be important for you to know that some people are simply slimmer than others, and also that slim people usually live healthier lives and live longer than people who are too heavy. Having said that, it is certainly possible to gain weight by eating. The types of foods which can aid in gaining weight are those which provide lots of calories, foods like fats and carbohydrates. Fried foods usually contain more fat than baked, boiled or broiled foods and can be regularly included in meals. Eating larger amounts of carbohydrates can also be helpful. Foods high in carbohydrates include noodles, rice, cereals, and sugars. Changing the relative amounts of These foods in your meals can be very helpful, but we suggest not reducing the amounts of fruits and vegetables you eat because they are very important.

Eating a snack before going to bed can also help, since the calories are not burned up as quickly as they are in normal daily activities. We suggest that you try not to gain too much weight. Two or three kilograms may be enough, though you can certainly decide that for yourself. Remember that being too heavy can also be a problem.
