All are caused by viruses of different kinds, all of which infect the cells of the liver. Hepatitis A is a short disease and usually gets better by itself, leaving an immunity to hepatitis A. A vaccine accents hepatitis C may be available in a few years. Traditional Chinese medicine doctors have used treatments for hepatitis for many hundreds of years which can be remarkably effective.
